O grupo, formado por quatro pessoas, três homens e um detento da Penitenciária Juiz Plácido de Souza atuava na cidade de Taquaritinga do Norte, e foi desarticulada pela polícia na noite da ultima terça-feira (5). De acordo com a Polícia Civil, o grupo realizava arrombamentos em casas e fazendas na região. Segundo informações, o grupo ainda é suspeito de furto qualificado, além de formação de quadrilha. Foram apreendidos com os acusados, geladeiras, televisões, antenas parabólicas, um revólver calibre 38, além de munições e um carro. Os frutos dos roubos eram vendidos na cidade de Caruaru, conforme informou a Polícia Civil. Os três homens foram encaminhados para a Cadeia Pública de Taquaritinga do Norte.
